As part of the Comprehensive Equipment Rebuild, Hardings will inspect the machine to determine the specific repair needs through a comprehensive evaluation. Once the scope of repairs is determined, the machine is thoroughly steam cleaned inside and out.  We then proceed with the initial list of repairs and parts replacement as needed.

 

Rigorous testing is conducted at various stages of reconditioning to ensure the

highest quality rebuild. Tests and inspections are performed throughout the

process, such as turbocharger boost, throttle response, stall speed rpm,

transmission, steering clutch response, pressure test the transmission and

hydraulic systems, proper engine cooling, the a/c system if applicable, and all

controls, gauges, Overall equipment performance, etc.
